Vision and Mission
The mission of the Undergraduate Study Program in General Surveying and Mapping Technology is: “To become an Excellent and Innovative Provider of Applied Undergraduate Education in the field of General Surveying and Mapping Technology at the National and Regional levels based on Pancasila”. The meaning of the vision is that the Undergraduate Study Program for Applied General Surveying and Mapping Technology carries out learning and education to produce applied scholars in the field of Geomatics technology, especially surveying excellence. Excellence and innovation in this vision means having good and leading capabilities and competencies, which can be used as good role models for education providers in the field of survey technology and other basic mapping, both at national and regional levels, in this case the scope of ASEAN.
The Mission of the Undergraduate Study Program in General Surveying and Mapping Technology is as follows:
- To carry out applied undergraduate education in the field of General Surveying and Mapping Technology to produce graduates who are competent, professional, civilized and dignified, and possess entrepreneurial and innovative abilities.
- Improving research and community service in the field of applied General Surveying and Mapping Technology that is oriented towards community welfare.
- Establishing partnership programs with educational institutions, government, the mapping survey industry and Geospatial information at home and abroad.
