2.7. Graduation

Yudisium is the decision made by the Study Program meeting regarding a student’s graduation, which takes place before the graduation ceremony. Students can attend yudisium if they have fulfilled and submitted all academic and administrative requirements for the purpose of yudisium on the designated date. The timing of yudisium is determined by the Study Program manager, while the graduation ceremony follows the University’s regulations. The requirements for attending yudisium for prospective graduates are as follows:

II.7.1. Academic Requirements

To be eligible for graduation, the criteria are:

  1.  Completed all mandatory courses and some elective courses with a minimum total of 144 credits.
  2. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 without any failing grades.
  3. Maximum of 25% of total credits with a grade of D.
  4. Minimum TEVocS score of 60.

II.7.2. Administrative Requirements

  1. Filling out the graduation registration documents in SIMASTER:
    • Filling out the Exit Survey.
    • Filling out Gama Co-Brand (if there are any issues related to Gama Co-Brand).
    • Filling out the Bebas Pinjam Form.
    • Completing the Electronic Theses and Dissertations (ETD).
    • Uploading the approval page here.
    • Uploading certificates of achievements/activities during the study for the SKPI (Certificate of Accompanying Diploma) sheet through SIMASTER.
  2. Submitting a complete hard copy of the final project manuscript (bound and signed by the examiners, supervisors, and department chair).
    • Submitting the Final Project Checklist in A4 70-gram paper format, signed and following the writing format: Name, Indonesian Title, and English Title using Capitalize Each Word.

  3. Submitting a DVD containing all data and processing used in the final project (including the final version soft copy of the project manuscript and files mentioned in point 7 of this requirement list).
  4. Submitting two recent color photographs in size 4×6 with a blue background.
  5. Submitting the valid original TEVocS certificate (valid for 2 years).
  6. Submitting the plagiarism check result (Turnitin) for the final project manuscript with a maximum score of 25%.
  7. Submitting one of the following choices:
    • Publication Manuscript A publication manuscript of the completed Final Project that has been submitted to a minimum of relevant National Journal. If this option is chosen, evidence of the submitted document to the journal is mandatory.
    • Physical Product/Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) and Poster A physical product of the completed Final Project (e.g., 3D model of a Building/Temple printed in 3D, successfully created website). The guidelines for the poster can be found in Figure 2 below.

For students who choose this option, it is mandatory to submit a poster and a certificate of Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI) or the finished physical product.
